Anastasia Tyurina is only 7 years old, but the talent and performing love of a musical prodigy shine as brightly as an experienced musician. A girl from Russia lit up in her performance with the National Academic Orchestra of Russian Folk Instruments. Playing the Russian balalaika, a three-stringed instrument similar to a triangular mandolin, Anastasia leads the orchestra in Alexander Shalov’s rousing musical variation of the Russian folk song “Valenki”.
Smiling generously at her various accompanists and conductor, Anastasia is still completely absorbed in music, deftly plucking the strings. She looks very happy and relaxed on stage, performing with patience and ease, which will surely guarantee her a brilliant musical future!
