Two young ballroom dancers auditioned for BGT and charmed the judges… ?VIDEO

Latin American ballroom dance duo Lexi Joynson and Christopher Battle are ten-year-olds from Manchester and Sheffield, respectively. They started dancing together in 2016 after they were found on a ballroom dancing site. The pair left the judges and audience at seams when David Walliams asked Christopher if Lexie was “the boss in this relationship?”, to which the youngster quickly joked, “She thinks she is,” in response.

Lexie revealed that they performed in front of Meghan Trainor’s “Dear Future Husband” because that’s who Christopher was, which he didn’t seem to be impressed with. They were encouraged to follow in the footsteps of dance professionals with stars AJ Pritchard and Chloe Hewitt, who first rose to prominence at BGT in 2013. After returning April 14, Britain’s Got Talent will air every Saturday night.

Lexi and Christopher advanced to the live semi-finals starting on the week of Monday, May 28th. In addition to holding auditions across the UK, this year the producers traveled to Benidorm, Spain to scout for talent. The show includes several rounds of auditions, culminating in live broadcasts on television.
