Hearing this song played in this way is absolutely mesmerizing.

Aren’t harps beautiful? They are just mesmerizing to listen to and so captivating to watch being played. But…

Have you ever heard of the music genre, Harp Rock? If not, let Camille and Kennerly introduce you to it! Camille and Kennerly are also known as the Harp Twins.

Camille and Kennerly are identical twins that both started to play the harp at a young age.

They were both classically trained at Universities in harp performance. They have created original songs and have performed all over the world.

The sisters stated they “have a passion and flair for arranging and performing rock, metal, and soundtrack music for Harp Duet … Camille and Kennerly have created a unique niche for themselves: playing rock and metal music using only their two harps.”

Camille and Kennerly took on the rock classic of “Stairway to Heaven” by Led Zeppelin with their harps. They did not create their own unique version but played the song on their harps to the original version.

It sounds almost impossible for “Stairway to Heaven” to be played on the harps and have it sound the same, but these two professionals do it beautifully.

The Harp Twins performed the song at the bottom of the Grand Staircase in the “Place de la Musique” of the Sanfilippo Family Estate and Museum in Illinois.

A perfect location for the classic song.

“Stairway to Heaven” is known for its length in time and the Harp Twins do not play only part of the song, they play the song in its entirety. Their performance is so impressive and unique. What is even more impressive is that there was,

“No studio or sound engineer. No splices, edits, loops, overlays, or backtracks. Just 2 harps — 1 audio take!”Get swept away in their captivating performance in the video below.
