Love was thicker than blood when an Arkansas family surprised a woman they’d cared for since childhood with adoption papers.

The heartwarming moment came on Christmas Eve when they officially asked her to be their daughter.

Kanya was 18 when she finally moved into Harp’s house, she graduated and later married her high school sweetheart, and Harp’s husband walked her down the aisle.
