Sarah Patricia Jones is a British salsa artist, most popular for winning the Spanish show Tú sí que vales with her dance accomplice Nico in 2009. In 2014 Paddy and Nico took part in the eighth round of the British Talent Competition. , where they finished 10th overall.

She is now listed in the Guinness Book of World Records as “the most established salsa gymnastics artist”.
