John Fogerty has admitted his full musical history. Although he enjoyed success as a solo artist, John never forgot his roots in Creedence Clearwater Revival. John appeared on Conan O’Brien’s show for an interview, but he wasn’t leaving without singing.
Conan says: “This wasn’t really planned, but there’s a chance you could sing us a little something before we go.” Conan interrupts the roar of the audience. John agrees and Conan gives him Andy Richter’s guitar.
Conan says: “I have no idea what’s going to happen.” John jokes. “Me and you both.” John then jokes that he’s going to play “Louie, Louie”. Conan says: “Everybody’s playing Louie, Louie. I want to hear one of your tunes.”
