Not much is known about the enigmatic Benedetta Caretta, winner of the popular Italian competition “Io Canto” (“I sing”). The girl was born in the town of Vicenza, the center of the province of the same name. She became famous as a young talent, a brilliant vocalist and participant in several projects with Stepan Hauser. The beginning of Caretta’s vocal career can be considered her participation in the competition “Io Canto” (“I sing”). Then Caretta, along with Christian Imparato, Mattia Rossi, Sara Musella, Michele Ferrauto, Dalia Di Prima and Francesco Pugliese, withstood 4 seasons of the program.
