Most people would crack under the pressure of singing in front of Simon Cowell one day, but imagine if he stopped your performance and forced you to start over. That’s exactly the situation 12-year-old Ansley Burns found herself in when she recently auditioned for America’s Got Talent.

But although there were no problems with her voice, she was stopped in the middle of a performance by the music mogul Simon, who had serious problems with the backing track. After Simon challenged her to sing the a cappella verse and chorus, the 12-year-old looked incredibly nervous, but after a sip of water and a deep breath, she got back to business and was overwhelmed by her second performance of Think.

Soon enough, Ansley had the audience on their feet, applauding and cheering them on with a heartfelt performance.
