Meet Audrey Netheri, an amazing little girl who talks about her rare condition online through truly epic zumba performances. Little Audrey, who is only six years old, suffers from Diamond Blackman’s anemia. This condition means that Audrey’s body is not producing enough red blood cells and can be life-threatening. This brave girl has already received 20 blood transfusions to save her life.

All this conversion would be difficult for anyone, but Audrey seems to take it all in stride. She became a star shaking her hips and showcasing her stuff on YouTube with lots of fun and energetic Zumba performances. One of her Zumba videos has already racked up 3 million views and helped raise much needed funds for the Diamond Blackfan Anemia Foundation. In addition to anemia, Audrey was also born with a hole in her heart and a cleft palate.

She is also not growing as fast as other children her age, in part because she needs to take medication. Despite all these difficulties, Audrey is still a happy little girl and full of energy, just like any other child her age. Dad Scott explains: “Audrey is a happy, loving, smart little girl who loves to dance, listen to music and collect dolls and stuffed animals. She is incredibly strong and impresses everyone she meets!”
