Her mother is an artist in her own right. Carrie Underwood is, as we all know, a great singer. She can sing anything, in any genre, with notes from low to high and above, and make this song so much better. The 39-year-old singer rose to fame after winning the fourth season of American Idol in 2005.
A powerful voice is the main reason. Carrie still wows audiences during concerts with her fantastic vocals and catchy songs. The sustained high notes leave many wondering how she does it and for how long she can do it.
Underwood replied: “I am too proud to drop the keys. I will not do it. Maybe the older I get, the more I write a few songs in lower keys, it will be easier. I’ve always been pretty good at stage stamina. It’s important to be able to train and stay physically strong… It’s worked for me so far. I’m just happy that I can be loud for a long period of time.”
