Darci Lynne Farmer is an American singer and ventriloquist. Laureate and nominee of national and regional awards and awards. Among her awards is a victory in the national competition “America’s Got Talent”. Articles about the girl, interviews with her and messages about her achievements were published by the major media in the United States and European countries: The Sun, The New York Times, The Washington Times, Billboard, People[3], USA Today, Rossiyskaya Gazeta. Since 2014, the girl has been taking ventriloquism lessons from Harry Owen, and in 2016 she took vocal lessons from Tiana Plemons. The girl received several lessons in ventriloquism from Larissa Bonquisti, whose parents were ventriloquists. Farmer befriended the 18-year-old Miss Louisiana when they both entered the Cinderella Scholarship Pageant. “She gave me tips on how to use certain words and keep the mouth from moving,” says Farmer.
The girl’s idol is the American illusionist Terry Faytor (English) Russian, the first ventriloquist to win America’s Got Talent (this happened in the second season of the competition). Farmer managed to spend 45 minutes backstage with Feitor when he performed in Tulsa. He gave her some advice and recommendations on how to work with the doll. Feytor also participated in the preparation of the girl’s performance at the America’s Got Talent competition in 2017, and he himself performed with her in a duet. In 2017, Darcy Lynn participated in the Vent Haven International Ventriloquism Convention, where she received a Petunia rabbit doll as a gift (with her she will win the America’s Got Talent competition a little later).
