Krisiya Marinova Todorova is a Bulgarian singer, composer and songwriter. Together with the Ignatov brothers, she represented Bulgaria at the 2014 Junior Eurovision Song Contest in Malta with her song “Planet of the Children”. They finished second but won the press vote. The following year she performed “Discover”, the official song of the Junior Eurovision 2015, at the Arena Armeec, Sofia, and again “Planet of the Children” and “I’d like to draw a dream” in “New” Children’s wave”, 2015, Sochi, Russian Federation. Also in 2015, Todorova and the production company Seven-Eight received the NASO Grand Prix for their contribution to the social development of Bulgaria.
Todorova received seven awards at various national and international music competitions held in Bulgaria, but 2014 was her breakthrough year. She gained nationwide popularity thanks to her participation in the Show of Glory on bTV, and later became a member of the TV show Zapoznay s malkite (Meet the children). Todorova made her first appearance on the show on December 30, 2013, performing “Listen” by Beyoncé.
