The phenomenal young guitarist has captured the attention of the internet with her video of her performing a piece by renowned Spanish composer Francisco Tárrega, who is only seven years old. Konstantina Andritsu plays with passion and precision as she holds a seemingly huge instrument in her hands while on stage one day in Athens. When a young virtuoso calmly plays “Capricho árabe”, she retains the composure of a professional musician.
Incredibly, Konstantina started playing classical guitar just three years ago, at the age of four. This 2014 performance took place at the Athens Concert Hall as part of a concert titled A Song for Manos. Since then, the young guitarist has taken part in a number of high-profile events and festivals, and in 2019 gave her first solo concert at the Razi Conservatory, a music school in Drosia, Greece.
