It was the hug mother and daughter had been longing for, and now, after months apart, they are finally reunited. D’Anna Capriotti hasn’t seen mom Haley in more than four months since she was stationed overseas in the U.S. Air Force.

Needless to say, her mother, Hayley, was counting down the days until her beloved daughter came home, but little did she know that she was in for the surprise of a lifetime.

The couple traveled to Southern Ocean Medical Center in Manahawkin, New Jersey, where Haley worked in the ER.
