7-year-old Robbie is here primarily to sing, but also to give his mum the best birthday present ever – winning Britain’s Got Talent!

Robbie Firmin, the rarely seen child star of Britain’s Got Talent, looks unrecognizable 10 years after starring on the show. The singer rose to fame in the fifth series of the ITV show when he was only seven years old. Many years ago, a young man appeared on stage wearing a striped suit and a matching hat. He impressed Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Michael McIntyre and Louis Walsh with his own rendition of Frank Sinatra’s “My Way”. Robbie wanted to win the competition as a birthday present for his mom, but only made it to the second round.

He told the judges, “My mom’s birthday is coming up and I want to give her the best present ever.” Louis was amazed by his talents and said: “This is fantastic. I’ve never heard someone so young sing like that.”mMichael added: “You played with the audience, they went up, down, swayed. You are a star.” Currently, the 18-year-old still loves to sing and act. He is signed to the Time to Shine agency and regularly attends film and television workshops. The star has landed roles in Fashion Festival, The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, and Peter Pan at the Spotlites Theatre. In 2017, he traveled the world performing on a cruise with Talent Inc. Robbie has also shown his face in Keane and Hurts music videos. The teenager doesn’t have an Instagram but loves to keep fans up to date on Twitter, although he was last active on his account back in 2019. Robbie was very busy over the years, but he managed to successfully combine school work and hobbies.
